Über den Film/die Regie

Nicolas Monfort studierte Literatur und Drehbuchschreiben an der Universität Brüssel. Er arbeitete jahrelang für das Brüsseler Kurzfilmfestival (und andere Festivals), als Programmgestalter und im Bereich Publikationen. Gleichzeitig hat er als Regisseur, Drehbuchautor, gelegentlich auch als Cutter, Motion Designer oder Produzent etwa zwanzig Kurzfilme und ebenso viele Musikvideos gedreht. Außerdem schreibt er Literatur (Kurzgeschichten und Gedichte, die teilweise ausgezeichnet wurden).
