Wilde Ausreden

Storyline

Gordon arrives at his girlfriend's Alyx's place. He is out of breath and late. Now he explains the reasons for his delay. At first, his car wouldn't start. Then it started smoking and the car exploded around him. So he had to walk. On his way, he met Dr. Kleiner who needed his help with an elaborate science experiment. But the experiment went sideways and Gorden was shot into space. Somehow he was transported back to Earth into a restaurant filled with Zombies. Then he fled to Alyx's place. But Alyx doesn't believe a word he says. She shuts the door in his face warning him that if he continues like that, he will loose her. When he turns around, the Zombies are just behind him catching up. So he told the truth after all.

About the film/director

Felix Kowarsch has been passionate about film and visual storytelling since his youth. After completing his training as a media designer, he began producing his own short films around the turn of the millennium. He made his debut at the Bünde Short Film Festival with his film *Exsolutio*, where it immediately won an award. His subsequent film, *Systuizid*, also received an award.

In the years that followed, he contributed to various film projects and became increasingly involved in organizing the festival, which caused his own submissions to take a back seat. After nearly twenty years of creative hiatus, he returns in 2025 with new works: Wilde Ausreden, Der Bankraub 2, and Dramatizer 2000 mark his renewed focus on his own filmmaking.

His work is characterized by a longstanding passion for film and a commitment to effectively bringing stories to life with limited resources.
