Storyline

Covered by a paralyzing feeling of unease and cut off from friends and family, Lea finds herself in a violent relationship with Sven. After a momentous short-circuit reaction, Lea has to decide - will she let herself be taken back again or will she free herself?

About the film/director

Matthias Wissmann (*1987) began making small genre films with school friends at the age of 15 and eventually ended up studying media design at Offenburg University of Applied Sciences, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2015 and a Master of Science in short and medium-length film productions in 2018. He now works as a freelance writer, director and editor on feature and commercial film productions. “Vexier” is his first full-length and independently produced feature film.
