Storyline

Due to the increasing number of Covid-19 infections, people are forced to stay home. Isolated, young mother Irene becomes a regular victim of sexual abuse by her despotic husband. While Irene suffers under physical pain and emotional distress, her son is able to give her strength and new hope for a better future...

About the film/director

Marius *1991 is ambitous filmmaker from Berlin, Germany. Both in his youth and after graduating in "filmdirecting" he shot lots of shortfilms, like "THE BUTCHERS EARS" which was presented on multiple filmfestivals worldwide. In his films he often deals with critical issues and gives a voice to marginalized groups. Marius is active as assistant director, script editor, musician and co-operator of an independant arthouse cinema in Berlin.
