Storyline

Anna is growing up. She’s just turned 7-years-old. Stefano, and Margherita, want to surprise her, teaming up while a series of unexpected events happen. The awkwardness and stubbornness of their family ritual, makes a father and a young receptionist dive into an unusual night adventure to find a secret and ‘magical’ way to communicate without words

About the film/director

Davide Morando is an Italian filmmaker, editor and scriptwriter. After studying Filmmaking at the London Film Academy, he worked as a creative producer for different TV networks such as Paramount Network, MTV & Sky. In 2017, he was nominated to the PromaxBDA Global Excellence Awards in Los Angeles. His comedy short film "Gli Atomici Fotonici", starring Giovanni Storti produced by MINI Italia, was selected in more than 50 international film festivals. In 2022 his short film "The true story of the world’s biggest hide-and-seek game”, written and directed with Paolo Bonfadini & Irene Cotroneo, was nominated for the Italian Golden Globe.
