Nothing More Perfect
(Supporting Short Film "Ciúnas")
Storyline
Maya is 16 and longs for death. Or much more after the idea of it. For once, she wants to get everyone in an uproar, draw all the attention to herself, and if the price is life. But she hasn't gone further than flowery selfie goodbye messages on a suicide forum. That changes when Maya travels to Prague. While her professional teenage parents there have only fun and partying on their minds, Maya's suicide castle in the air suddenly turns into something real, a real threat. In a bar she meets the shady medical student Sev (22). He offers her a surefire cocktail of pills for only 5000 crowns. Does Maya really want to kill herself? What difference does her existence make to the world? Maya gets into a downward spiral that makes her really question her life.
