Storyline

Pavel, an energetic ten-year-old, loses his mother to an illness and must live with his exhausted grandmother. In order to cope with this tragic loss, he falls into his own imaginary world, where he meets his hero Agent X. Together, they plan out their heist, breaking into the nearby animal shelter to steal the dog Pavel has always wanted: “MITERA”. A journey into the unknown begins, where Pavel inadvertently gets what he needs, but not what he wants.

About the film/director

During his school years, Dietrich Pollak was fascinated by editing programs. He would film his own shorts in order to edit them himself. By the time he graduated high school, south of Stuttgart, he was filming at every possible opportunity: school camps, events, image films, music videos, and short films. He finished his Film School studies in Munich with a Bachelor of Arts in Directing. He has produced and directed multiple music videos and short films in Estonia, Munich, Cairo, and Stuttgart. Currently, he is working in post-production for the production company “Al Dente Entertainment”.
