Director’s statement
As the writer and director of Dream Theatre, I am fascinated by the idea of bringing a person’s deepest fears and dreams to life on screen. The concept of a technology that allows access to and manipulation of dreams presents a thrilling and unsettling scenario.
Dream Theatre explores the boundaries between reality and fantasy, delving into the psychological depths within our minds. Margot, the protagonist plagued by anxiety and nightmares, embarks on a journey into her fears to find liberation.
Using predominantly analog visual effects and a gripping narrative, the film takes the audience on an emotional rollercoaster. Dream Theatre invites viewers to reflect on their own dreams and fears, exploring the power of the human psyche.
