Storyline

A performance artist is part of an art exhibition that deals with body images. The multi-weight man is completely covered in golden paint and is viewed and evaluated by an audience. The boundary between performance and reality dissolves and leads to a conflict between audience and art.

About the film/director

Patrick Fleischer gained experience in the field of film and theater during his studies of media studies and media practice as well as a minor in theater didactics in Bayreuth. Since 2021 he has been studying directing at the Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF. BE YOU is his second-year fiction film.
