Storyline

The music short film "Built on Sand" is set in the fictional world of a surreal building, which for its inhabitants represents their entire universe with no alternative. The hedonistic society largely ignores the fact that the constant building upward causes vibrations and ever-widening cracks in the walls and foundations. Only Lin, a young woman who feels the emptiness and lack of intensity in her own life between the cracks, finally goes in search of answers and makes an unexpected discovery in the basement of the building.
